Cut up the lemon into two and squeeze it into a jar or cup. Make sure you squeeze is well so you can get out all the juice. One way to do this is by sticking a fork and twisting it in.
Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of honey depending on your sweet tooth level.
Take the thinly sliced ginger and toss them into the jar
Add your preffered spices. Some which you can use include anise, cloves, hibiscus, lavender or a dash of cayenne pepper.
Boil some water and pour it into the jar. Seal it and shake gently so that all the ingredients are well mixed.
Allow it to cool down and settle for about 30 minutes. Then take out the ingredients and enjoy your tea.

1 fresh ginger root
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 oz apple juice concentrate
Juice of 1 fresh lemon

Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 45 minutes.
